A 10% non-refundable deposit made at the time of booking guarantees your reservation at the Mountain Pine Motel and binds you to the terms listed below:

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with greater than 72 hours notice forfeit the 10% deposit only.

Reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours notice are responsible for the total cost of the reservation, including all taxes and fees.

Our Modification Policy

Modifications with 30 days or greater notice may occur at no cost.

Modifications with less than 30 days notice will forfeit a portion of the deposit for each night cancelled.

Total cost of the cancelled night(s), including all taxes and fees, are due for modifications with less than 72 hours notice.

In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable. If, by 11:00am on the morning following the scheduled arrival, a guest has neither arrived, cancelled their reservation, nor notified us of a delay in their arrival, the reservation will be deemed cancelled, and the guest will be charged for the entire reservation total.

This property is privately owned and operated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, without providing cause or reason. Excessive noise and other disturbances that adversely affect the comfort or safety of other hotel guests are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or emergency purposes. The maximum number of guests per room must not be exceeded.

Your reservation with us affirms that you and your party acknowledge and agree to comply with the hotel's policies along with all applicable federal, state and local laws. You hereby assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your stay, thereby releasing the hotel from any liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
