All rooms are non-smoking. Each room includes a full bathroom with shower or tub/shower combination, TV, refrigerator, microwave, fan, and coffee. All beds are queen-size. No pets. No Air Conditioning. Free Wi-Fi.

We REQUIRE a 10% deposit at the time the reservation is made.

If the dates you request are ‘unavailable’ please contact us. We can sometimes rearrange room assignments to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled with 30 days or greater notice will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice, forfeit the 10% deposit.

Reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours notice are responsible for the total cost of the reservation, including all taxes and fees.

All refunds will be initiated within 5-10 business days.

Modification Policy

Modifications with 30 days or greater notice may occur at no cost.

Modifications with less than 30 days notice will forfeit a portion of the deposit for each night cancelled.

Total cost of the cancelled night(s), including all taxes and fees, are due for modifications with less than 72 hours notice.
